Blocks

Tolerant Blocks

These blocks allow three single-phase power cables to be sealed inside the

same cable block.
Available in 90 mm and 120 mm sizes.

Blank Filler Blocks

Filler blocks are available in the same materials as insert blocks.

They are used to fill in the free spaces in the frame,

allowing a reserve capacity for tufure needs.

Round Transits System

EMC Round Transit HRTO

Hawke EMC HRTO is a round sealing solution for multiple cables/pipes passing through a circular aperture

in a wall or bulkhead/deach to be used when electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is needed.
Designed to be installing using Hawke Sleeves and EMC blocks.
Hawke HRTO is supplied as an OPEN frame, so that it can be installed after laying the cables or pipes.

No extra tools are required to it installations.

EMC Round Transit HRST

Hawke EMC HRST is a round sealing solution for a single cable/pipe passing through a circular aperture in a wall or bulkhead/deach to be used when electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is needed.
Designed to be installing using Hawke Sleeves.

Available to seal services from 4mm up to 170mm of external diameter, in standard version.
Hawke HRST is supplied as an OPEN frame, so that it can be installed after laying the cables or pipes. No extra tools are required to it installations.

Compression System

EMC Compresion System

The compression system is composed of two elements.

√ Endpacker :

The final element of the frame installations, this is inserted above the compression plate. The tightening of the bolts and the steel insert pins provides pressure to the system and ensures correct sealing.

√ Placa de Compresion :

Placed on the top of the last row of blocks, this plate distributes the pressure from the endpacker to the whole system.

Accessories and Installation Tools

Stayplates

Stayplates ensure the blocks in a Hawke rectangular system (tolerant and blank ones) are fixed in position after compression.
